By booking our tours, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. All tour bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure your reservation. Prices quoted in the selected currency and are inclusive of specified services unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due before the commencement of the tour. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Changes to itineraries are subject to feasibility and may incur additional costs.
Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including visas and passports. Travel insurance highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. Everest Expedition Nepal reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, alternative options or refunds may be provided as deemed appropriate.

During the tour, participants expected to follow the instructions of the tour guides and adhere to local customs and regulations. We not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, and participants encouraged to take personal responsibility for their belongings and actions.
Photographs or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes. If you have any dietary restrictions, health conditions, or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements.
By participating in our tours, you grant Everest Expedition Nepal the right to use any media depicting you for promotional purposes. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Everest Expedition Nepal Pvt. Ltd. has promulgated its terms and conditions for any kind of trip, trekking, mountaineering, hiking, rafting, wild safari and other services being operated so far by the company. The terms and conditions set forth will bring forward its limitations before any interested visitor advances for the programmes alluded.
Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel for what ever reason; the following limitations on refunds apply. Please note all refunds will be given in Nepalese Currency.
Tours & Travels:
Subject to individual Bookings, seek advice on making this booking.
Cancelled prior to 48 hours of Departure-20% charge if ticket is issued.
Cancelled prior to 24 hours of Departure-50% Charge if ticket is issued.
Trekking:
Cancelled prior to 48hours of departure: 100% refund less any costs of permits already incurred.
Cancelled with 48 hours of Departure: 100% non-refundable.
Mountaineering Courses:
100% Non-refundable.
Rafting & Kayaking:
Cancelled 24hours before departure – 100% non-refundable.
Cancelled between 48-24 hours before depature-50% non-refundable.
Emergency Cancellation fee US$ 200/ Transfer to an alternative departure US$ 50.
Release and Assumption of Risk
By booking on this Tours & Travels you acknowledge that there is an element of risk involved, Everest Expedition Nepal, its agent’s associates and suppliers accept no responsibility for any illness, injury or death.
Neither will Everest Expedition Nepal, it agents, associates and suppliers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your possessions. You sign in understanding that:
- You assume that all risks while traveling by aircraft, bus, truck, private vehicles, water craft, carriage by horse or manually or travel on foot.
- All medical expenses you incure, including Rescue by what ever means. Medical and Repatriation costs are paid by you. Any expeditions cancelled due to AN ACT OF GOD are 100% non-refundable and should be coverage by your travel insurance. Information given by you of your insurance details is both true and accurate.
- You fully assume all risks and release Everest Expedition Nepal, its agents, associates and suppliers from any responsibility.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood this agreement. You acknowledge that this is a liability release and a legally binding contract between you and Everest Expedition Nepal and its affiliated organizations. You sign on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors and administrators, members of your family and any minors you choose to Bing with you. You sign of your own free will.
What should our client do for reservation of any kind of services provided by the company?
- 25% of payment in advance should be made up 2months earlier or as soon as the trip is confirmed, since it is a proof that you are sure to attempt the trip. It should be done as alluded so that the company can manage all the necessary documents, permissions and required field staffs.
- The full settlement of the payment should be cleared before the client proceeds for the trip or any kind of service at the arrival in Nepal.
- The advance payment is not refundable in case of over turning the trip in any condition on be half of the client.
- The advance payment is only refundable if the holding company shows any technical impediments regarding the trip.
- The advance payment can be directly deposited to our bank account through any bank in the world either by credit card or in cash.
