Ltd. has promulgated its terms and conditions for any kind of trip, trekking, mountaineering, hiking, rafting, wild safari, and other services being operated so far by the company. The terms and conditions set forth will bring forward its limitations before any interested visitor advances for the programs alluded.

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel for whatever reason; the following limitations on refunds apply. Please note all refunds will be given in Nepalese Currency.

Tours & Travels:

Subject to individual Bookings seek advice on making this booking.

Canceled prior to 48 hours of Departure-20% charge if the ticket is issued.

Canceled prior to 24 hours of Departure-50% Charge if the ticket is issued.

Trekking:

Canceled prior to 48hours of departure: 100% refund less any costs of permits already incurred.

Canceled with 48 hours of Departure: 100% non-refundable.

Mountaineering Courses:

100% Non-refundable.

Rafting & Kayaking:

Canceled 24hours before departure – 100% non-refundable.

Canceled between 48-24 hours before depature-50% non-refundable.

Emergency Cancellation fee US$ 200/ Transfer to an alternative departure US$ 50.

Release and Assumption of Risk

By booking on this Tours & Travels you acknowledge that there is an element of risk involved, Everest Expeditions Nepal, its agent’s associates and suppliers accept no responsibility for any illness, injury or death.

Neither will Everest Expeditions Nepal, it agents, associates, and suppliers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your possessions. You sign in understanding that:

1.you assume that all risks while traveling by aircraft, bus, truck, private vehicles, watercraft, carriage by horse or manually or travel on foot.

2. All medical expenses you incur, including Rescue by whatever means. Medical and Repatriation costs are paid by you. Any expeditions canceled due to AN ACT OF GOD are 100% non-refundable and should be covered by your travel insurance. Information given by you of your insurance details is both true and accurate.

3. You fully assume all risks and release Everest Expeditions Nepal, its agents, associates, and suppliers from any responsibility.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood this agreement. You acknowledge that this is a liability release and a legally binding contract between you and Everest Expeditions Nepal and its affiliated organizations. You sign on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors and administrators, members of your family and any minors you choose to Bing with you. You sign of your own free will.

What should our client do for reservation of any kind of services provided by the company?

:: 25% of payment in advance should be made up 2months earlier or as soon as the trip is confirmed since it is proof that you are sure to attempt the trip. It should be done as alluded so that the company can manage all the necessary documents, permissions, and required field staff.
:: The full settlement of the payment should be cleared before the client proceeds for the trip or any kind of service at the arrival in Nepal.
:: The advance payment is not refundable in case of overturning the trip in any condition on behalf of the client.
:: The advance payment is only refundable if the holding company shows any technical impediments regarding the trip.
:: The advance payment can be directly deposited to our bank account through any bank in the world either by credit card or in cash.

:: Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

:: If the clients would like to make the payment by Credit card, please email us further process.

:: If the client pays through credit card, a 4% charge of the total amount is levied.
:: No refund is made for 25% deposit amount in case of delay arrival, no show or cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
:: For any consideration regarding the terms alluded, a bilateral negotiation can be attempted between the hosting company and the client.
:: If Everest Expeditions Nepal cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even though if the alternative doesn’t fit your personal interest, all monies paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
:: Having paid the full amount of any trip, you’re entitled to incur a refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, the cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you’re imposed cancellation charge as advised below: –

25% of the total amount is needed to confirm your trip and the rest you will pay on arrival to Kathmandu or before the trip departure.

You can make the deposit by Bank wire transfer or by credit card (Master and Visa Card), you can send the money by Western Union Money Transfer or Money gram also and ATM is available in Kathmandu to obtain local currency.
