Itinerary
Our flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj provides spectacular views of the Himalayas and beautiful natural scenery. Upon arrival at Nepalgunj, we proceed towards Samjhighat. Dinner will be served in the tent.
We start our today’s trip from Samjhighat. Having breakfast at the tent, we move towards the river. As the first section of the Bheri River is quite rough with many bends, we may encounter our first big rapid in the beginning. Lunch will be served beside the river. After lunch, guests will be given some time for exploring the surrounding areas, watching several species of birds or simply laze in the midday sun. We will continue to encounter with more white-water rapids and come to the rest on one of sandy beaches.
Today, we will go through a very exciting section of the river. It gives way to a narrow gorge with vertical cliffs of 200 -300 feet on either side interspersed with open valley where there are small villages. The area is really interesting and naturally beautiful and one would encounter with the white-water. Once again, we will find out pristine beach for our campsite for the next couple of nights.
Jamu The days are set for fishing programs. We would carry out our activities between Jamu and Chisopani. Overnight in the tent.
The final day also gives a few surprises with several exciting rapids to be encountered. After an hour of floating in raft, we will arrive at the confluence of the Bheri and the Karnali. Then, we will reach another section of the gorge and get into Bardia National Park.
Full day jungle activities and sightseeing at Bardia.
Drive to Nepalgunj and Fly Back to Kathmandu.

Trip Information
The Bheri River flows from Dolpa district. Its two tributaries the Thuli and Sani join at Ramnaghat to form the main Bheri River. This Bheri River Rafting really offers a new experience to any visitor. A remote and easy river, beautiful scenery, good fishing, unspoilt villages, ever-smiling local people, blue water, white beaches and attractive campsites are some of the attractions of this trip. To get to this beautiful piece of land, one has to fly to Nepalgunj in west Nepal from Kathmandu (1 hour’s flight). Then, we will start trekking to Samjhighat. It takes about 3-4 hours for us to reach Samjhighat. The put-in point, Ramanaghat, is near this place. No doubt, the trip will be a memorable one.
