Itinerary
Drive to Budanilkantha (8 km/ 25 min)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel which is followed by drive to Budanilkantha temple (a temple of Lord Vishnu). All total of 8 km drive takes about 25 minutes along the emerging city area of Kathmandu.
Hike to Shivapuri Hill (2,563m)-4 hours walk
After taking inspiration and all enough blessing from God Budanilkantha, we start our hike along Shivapuri National Park (the closest national park from Kathmandu valley). All the way along the park it takes all total 2 hours to reach to top.
Hike to Sundarijal
From Shivapuri, we elongate our hike towards another beautiful village Sundarijal. Sundarijal is featured by its fresh water and beautiful dense surrounding forest.
Drive back to Kathmandu
On arrival at Sundarijal, catch a public bus and drive back to Kathmandu. This 32 km drive takes about an hour to Kathmandu.
